Refund policy

Customers in the U.S. may be eligible for a return and refund within 30 days of receiving their item. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable and international returns are not available at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unwrapped, unused and in all original packing. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact shop@thetarotprofessor.com. If your return is accepted, you will be emailed a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be notified once their return has been received and inspected. If a refund was approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that if customers return any unwrapped or opened product, they will be ineligible for a refund and the product will not be sent back.
